For our office in Chattanooga, Tennessee we are looking for


Supplier Quality Technicians
Your Job:
- Ensure that supplier quality standards in the automotive assembly are met,
- Conduct product audits and present the results in reports and in meetings to the supplier,
- Interface between quality assurance, production, logistics, purchasing and engineering,
- Evaluate and process rejected materials and parts and implement test procedures and counter measures,
- Enforce compliance to 8D and FMEA requirements with suppliers
- Establish containment with 3rd party companies to sort and rework materials including development of written work instructions


Your Profile:

- High School Diploma, preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or related field,
- Experience of manufacturing or production processes in the automotive industry,
- Knowledge of metal, interior, exterior, chassis, powertrain or electrical automotive parts,
- Experience in quality assurance or quality management,
- Preferred knowledge of quality tools, such as 8D reports, FMEAs and SPC,
- Hands-on with problem solving skills, analytical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work in a rotating two-shift system
