A couple required

EBAT Consultants (Pty) Ltd and indeed EBAT Guest Lodge, located within the Greater Francistown Area, just in Heart of Tati Siding is looking for a German Couple (young or retired) who are interested in giving their dedicated time and commitment to rural development – in the context of Hospitality & Tourism. A living allowance will be paid. Accomodation, food and vehicle will be provided. Travel costs for travelling to Botswana will be shared.

EBAT Guest Lodge is listed in www.safarinow.com was developed in 2001 has 16 ever-expanding guest rooms, a Heritage Restaurant, the Buffalo Spot (Bar) a meeting room and ample grounds for various functions like parties, wedding ceremonies and end of year parties.

Qualities for the person wanted: -

• Experience in hospitality & tourism
• A bit of interest in construction (lodge is always developing)
• Project management
• Preferably a couple
• Out-going personality
• Committed to staying 12 months or more
• Spirit of Volunteering and seeing Africa (Botswana)
• Research and marketing orientation
• Valid drivers license

Tasks would include: -

• General management of the lodge (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping)
• Events and Functions
• Human resources management
• Develop and grow the business
