What is the job?

As a Swedish Business Development consultant you will be responsible for the generation and developed of leads on the Mid-size and Enterprise market. A quality lead means that you have identified the decision makers, know what the needs they have, time frames they need to get these needs solved and the budget they have available. The leads will take time to develop and the Swedish Business Development agent might need a couple of week and a number of calls to qualify leads. You will be supported from time to time by marketing campaigns so from time to item you will handed warm leads as well.

Who are we looking for?

To be considered for the Swedish Business Development role you are first of all a target driven sales person keen to develop an international sales career. If you don't like selling this role is not for you. You have the ambition to move in Swedish software Sales or Swedish hardware sales in the future and want to work for a global well known brand-name. You are not afraid of cold calling and ideal have Swedish business to business or Swedish telesales experience.
Where is this international vacancy based?

This language vacancy is based in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. Interview process and salary

To get an offer for the role of Swedish Business development you will need to pass and initial phone screen followed by a written assessment. If these are satisfactory you will get an in-depth sales interview followed by a sales role-play. Successful candidates will receive a basic salary of €14500 with an Ote of around £18000. A relocation package will be offered.
